In reading we will be focussing on the short e sound
found in words such as hen, ten, pet, and wet.
All the reading groups are up and running.
All first graders have their reading block from 8:30-9:30.
For most of the children the hour is split into three,
twenty minute sections. The three sections are reading,
seat work, and centers.
